We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter who understands the healthcare staffing industry and knows how to identify, attract, engage, and secure qualified healthcare professionals.

Position Overview

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying talent, engaging with the talent and presenting the talent to our clients.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of healthcare recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to consistently meet recruiting goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipeline.
• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using Indeed, LinkedIn, professional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Recruit for a variety of clinical positions, including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
• Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, work history, and experience as appropriate for each position.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records for tracking candidate placement
• Consistently meet recruiting KPIs, placement goals, and time-to-fill expectations.
• Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends, compensation expectations, and market conditions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and successfully place qualified candidates.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
