About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our growing transportation operations. This position will manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions.


• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events.


• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


• Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.


• Assist with offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.


• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.


• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.


• Track recruiting activity and hiring results.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.


• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.


• High-volume or transportation recruiting experience preferred.


• Baltimore-area recruiting experience preferred.


• SHRM-CP or other HR/recruiting certification is a plus.
