This team is building the next generation of AI-powered software that helps researchers accelerate the development of new medicines by combining modern machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and scalable software engineering.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern cloud technologies.
• Develop customer-facing features across both backend and React-based frontend applications.
• Build integrations with machine learning models and AI services, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with software engineers, machine learning engineers, scientists, and product teams to deliver new platform capabilities.
• Deploy and support applications running in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Improve system observability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python and API development.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and distributed systems.
• Experience building production applications and working across the full software development lifecycle.

Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 base salary (Based on experience) plus benefits and equity
