About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead a team of 6–7 engineers designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineering staff.
• Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
• Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Oversee commercial projects involving retail, offices, higher education, and aviation.
• Improve design efficiencies, control costs, and identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong commercial mechanical engineering experience; low-rise buildings preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance into management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
