- Partner with HR generalists and communication department leaders on employer-branding initiatives, recruiting events, and continuous-improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent-sourcing experience.
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, talent communities, and creative sourcing methods.
- Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, campus recruiting, or community outreach initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect credibly with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- A consultative mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics to manage pipelines and measure results.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing practices and applicable employment, EEO, and other legal requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Staffing agency, search-firm, or contract-recruiting experience is highly desired.
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, defense, government-contracting, or other specialized skill sets.
- Experience developing talent pipelines for high-growth organizations or for roles with limited candidate availability.
- Familiarity with military, veteran, clearance-eligible, or technical-school talent populations.
