JobNimbus
We are obsessed with the hero's journey at JobNimbus. Every person has a hero's journey. Hermione Granger, James T. Kirk, Frodo Baggins, Anna & Elsa, Nacho Libre, and even YOU! This is our "call to adventure" to come check out JobNimbus. What do you have to lose? You might make a few new friends, learn about a sick new company doing some amazing things, and maybe you'll even land a new job!

Mission

Paid media is how most roofing contractors first discover JobNimbus. Your mission is to run it hands-on so every dollar we spend turns into demos that close, not just clicks or cheap form fills. That starts with the signal. You'll teach Google and Meta to find contractors who become customers by feeding real revenue outcomes back into the platforms. Then you'll make sure the leads they find don't get lost. Every paid lead should land in HubSpot with a clear source and reach a rep who can help. From there, you'll widen the engine. Google carries most of our paid demand today, and you'll change that by building Meta into a proven second channel and launching target-account campaigns on LinkedIn. The goal is growth that holds steady, even when one platform has a bad week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run Google Ads hands-on. Audit and restructure the account for yield, keep Performance Max under control, and roll out bidding changes carefully so lead flow stays steady while the algorithms learn.
  • Build Meta from the ground up. Launch lead ads, the Conversions API, lookalike and retargeting audiences, and a steady stream of contractor-focused video and UGC creative tests. Then bring a data-backed case for how far to scale it.
  • Optimize to revenue, not form fills. Send demo-held and closed-won outcomes back to Google and Meta so the platforms learn which leads turn into customers.
  • Own the tracking and lead flow. Partner with Marketing Ops so every paid lead lands in HubSpot with its source and routes to a rep. Keep spam, invalid traffic, and abandoned forms out of your conversion data.
  • Launch target-account campaigns. Build account-based audiences on LinkedIn and Meta with Sales Ops, and run enterprise campaigns alongside our Business Development team.
  • Own the budget. Plan spend by channel and campaign, pace it weekly, and move dollars toward what produces demos that close.
  • Test constantly. Run creative, audience, and landing page tests every month, log what you learn, and scale the winners.
  • Partner with Creative, Content, and Sales. Write clear creative briefs, team up on landing page tests, and use feedback from sales reps to sharpen targeting.
  • Tell the story in plain language. Send a weekly paid performance snapshot to your leader that explains what changed, why, and what's next.
  • Support growth into new markets. Launch geo-targeted campaigns as JobNimbus expands into new regions.

Superpowers

  • Customer Obsession: You want to know what makes a roofing contractor stop scrolling, click, and book a demo, and you go find out by listening to sales calls and reading the leads yourself.
  • Extreme Ownership: When a campaign stumbles, you're the first to say so. You own the fix, including the tracking, the lead flow, and the budget.
  • Self Awareness: You know where your paid media skills are deep and where they're still growing, and you ask for help or feedback early.
  • Proactive Learning: The platforms change every month and you keep up. You test new features, read the release notes, and bring back what works.
  • Team Commitment: You make Creative, Content, Marketing Ops, and Sales better partners by giving them clear briefs, fast answers, and credit for the wins.
