About the Role:

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Resource Circulation Senior Specialist in Marysville, OH. You will lead North American end-of-life asset management, equipment repurposing, parts harvesting, and circular economy initiatives across manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Honda’s North American asset end-of-life program, evaluating equipment for repurposing, resale, or harvesting.

• Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, maintenance, MRO, and accounting to maximize asset value recovery.

• Partner with plant MRO teams to harvest critical spare parts, mitigating downtime from obsolete components.

• Develop and maintain external dealer, OEM supplier, and secondary market networks for asset sales.

• Author and standardize end-of-life asset disposition procedures and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or technical discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, equipment engineering, MRO, or industrial project management.

• Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing production machinery and spare parts lifecycle.

• Strong negotiation, cross-plant collaboration, and analytical project management skills.

• Self-motivated and passionate about sustainable manufacturing and circular economy principles.
