Senior Media Buyer, Lion Holdings
We’re looking for a performance-driven Senior Media Buyer who knows how to turn advertising dollars into measurable business growth. This is a role for a strategic thinker, relentless optimizer, and results-oriented marketer who understands that every campaign must deliver a return.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You know how to identify the right audiences, build compelling campaigns, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions that continuously improve results.
Success is measured by the numbers that matter - Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You understand how to balance scale with efficiency, manage budgets with discipline, and translate campaign performance into actionable business insights.
We're not looking for someone who simply manages advertising campaigns. We're looking for someone who challenges assumptions, tests aggressively, identifies opportunities, and takes ownership of outcomes.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance matters, experimentation is encouraged, and results speak louder than impressions, we want to meet you.
