Illuminus is seeking a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our community-focused organization by sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring talented candidates (clinical roles) across multiple locations and facilities. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 salaried depending on experience

Essential Job Functions

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple locations and facilities by developing and implementing creative sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection strategies to attract qualified, mission-aligned candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand current and anticipated talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans aligned with staffing priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through internal and external job postings, community outreach, job fairs, university events, industry groups, applicant engagement, and relationships with current and former employees.
• Ensure an effective and compliant hiring process by utilizing appropriate applicant screening tools, conducting background and reference checks, staying informed on talent acquisition trends, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
