Data Analyst

This role involves analyzing provider KPIs, managing freight forwarder providers, and creating reports/tools based on product backlog requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tactical provider KPIs and Metrics and provide reports/feedback.
• Support management of our freight forwarder providers.
• Creation of new reports/tools based on the requirements from product backlog.
• High level of data analytics, excel, Tableau and other analytical tools.
• Should be able to handle tasks independently and be a proactive solution provider
• Strong in Data analysis across the pipelines between SAP & down streams.
• Ability to turn data into information and insights
• Tactical project management
• Logistics and transportation knowledge
• Should be proactive and ensure task is completed as per expectations
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels
• Transportation capacity planning and forecast analysis
• Advanced analytics: i.e. Python, SQL, etc. is a plus
• Strong ability to solve problems.
• Freight Planning of Inbound Scenarios, Planning process modelling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable in dealing with global business colleagues.
• Having a good experience in planning his/her tasks independently and proactive to identify and mitigate risks within the project
