Job Description

Must be able to work Monday through Thursday at our Rosemont office.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the sustainability data and reporting strategy, engaging our 18 global markets to ensure consistent and accurate tracking and reporting.
• Provide intelligence on regulatory developments and insights into our sustainability data and analytics to inform strategies for Martin Brower and its customers.
• Oversee Martin Brower’s data system and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate reporting, address critical priorities for action, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Establish robust data governance and management practices to track program progress, measure impact, ensure audit readiness, and generate insightful reports.
• Evaluate and assess innovative technologies to develop business case, pilot, and expand financially sound opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Education And Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 2 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience:

• Master’s Degree
