Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lippert is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing organization! Our Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring the company hires talent aligned with long‑term goals. They work closely with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage a high volume of applicants against a specified timeline. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage high volume applicant pipelines and close offers for hourly direct roles.
  • Successfully lead recruiting strategies to deliver timely results.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external sites.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity
  • Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for candidates.
  • Have a results-driven approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.
  • Full-cycle candidate management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing recruiting experience including full life cycle in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches.
  • Associate's Degree - HR or related field.
  • Proficiency with ATS Systems and sourcing tools.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Experience working in a high volume, multi-site environment.
  • iCims Experience.
  • BA Degree HR or related field.
  • SHRM Certification.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
