Lead Data Analyst, Digital Experience Analytics
This role is in support of the B2B Digital Experience strategy team specifically supporting the Offer Selection and Management team, and will work directly with our business partners in understanding the institutional and consultant client experiences within the digital channel. The person will be responsible with helping to understand the business problems that need to be solved, identifying the best data sources available, and delivering actionable insights for the business. A successful candidate will be able to explain conclusions not only in analytical terms, but with business context and conclusions.

Base Pay Range: $114,000/yr - $152,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

- Partner with B2B stakeholders to identify and analyze business problems requiring data-driven solutions
- Examine customer end-to-end experiences across all digital channels to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and extraction of key data sources to support business objectives and decision-making
- Develop and present detailed reports and conclusions that translate complex analytical findings into clear business context for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model the potential outcomes of business strategies and initiatives
- Apply statistical and analytical methodologies to manage large, complex projects with limited oversight
- Ensure data quality meets organizational needs and requirements while maintaining accuracy across all findings and results
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

- 5+ years of work experience one of the following SAS, SQL, Python or R.
- Experience in a matrix structure and communicating with technical and non-technical people.
- Experience in analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills
