Summary
We are seeking a strategic and analytically minded Digital Advertising Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital and traditional broadcast channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and data-driven performance, requiring someone who can manage partnerships with top-tier media agencies and platforms while translating performance insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the ability to communicate compellingly with both creative and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
Strategic Media Planning & Execution
Develop and oversee integrated digital advertising strategies across the full marketing funnel—from upper-funnel awareness tactics (social, influencer, programmatic display, DOOH, broadcast TV) through mid-funnel engagement channels (social, CTV/OTT) to lower-funnel performance marketing (search, performance social). Leverage deep expertise in entertainment, sports, live events, or ticketing landscape to identify innovative opportunities and emerging channels that align with audience behaviors and campaign objectives.
Agency & Partner Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising and media agency relationships. Assess partner capabilities and delegate campaigns strategically; monitor media pacing, spend velocity, and delivery against established KPIs; provide optimization recommendations and negotiated added value to maximize ROI. Maintain strong working relationships across multiple agencies while driving accountability and ensuring alignment with internal goals and timelines.
Technical Operations & Measurement
Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in ad trafficking operations, including UTM management, GTM (Google Tag Manager) configuration, custom conversion setup, and pixel implementation. Design measurement frameworks and attribution models; ensure proper tagging protocols across all campaigns; and troubleshoot discrepancies between reporting systems and advertiser platforms. Stay current on evolving privacy regulations (iOS updates, cookie deprecation) and adapt measurement strategies accordingly.
Data Analytics & Insights Communication
Synthesize complex, multi-source datasets into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making. Create executive-ready decks, digestible performance summaries, and actionable takeaways that translate raw data into strategic recommendations. Present findings to C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams; distill nuanced insights for varied audience sophistication levels. Demonstrate expertise in advanced analytics tools and modern AI platforms (such as Claude) to accelerate analysis and presentation development.
Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting
Proactively monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and errors in ad serving, reporting, and attribution across platforms and agencies. Navigate complex troubleshooting scenarios by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement corrective actions quickly and maintain campaign momentum.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
Communicate advertising strategy, results, and recommendations clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels—from frontline team members to the C-suite. Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members; manage up by setting clear expectations and proactively addressing leadership concerns. Serve as the trusted expert on paid media topics and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
A strategic mindset paired with exceptional operational discipline. A passion for data-driven decision-making combined with creative thinking. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and multitasking is the norm. A collaborative spirit with the humility to learn from partners and teammates, balanced with the confidence to make bold recommendations when data supports them.
