Job Title: HR Recruiter 

Status: Exempt- Full-Time (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who connects Blackstone Medical Services with qualified candidates using advanced sourcing strategies, industry networks, and deep market expertise.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategy & Sourcing: Build proactive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.


• Guide candidates through the interview process, provide status updates, and coordinate schedules.


• Track recruitment metrics via ADP, maintain compliance, and generate recruitment reports for leadership.


• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, sales, and operational roles across the organization.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and postings.


• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.


• Screen applicants, conduct phone/video interviews, and recommend top candidates for hiring consideration.


• Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.


• Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a preferred workplace in healthcare and diagnostics.


• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions.


• Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies, compliance requirements, and EEO standards.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.


• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services.


• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a successful track record in sourcing and placing candidates for both clinical and non-clinical roles, strongly preferred.


• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.


• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
