Bilingual Recruiter – English/Spanish

Full-Time LSI Staffing is looking for an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team! No recruiting experience required—we will train the right person.

Schedule & Pay
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $18–$19/hr + commission
• Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
• Must be available for occasional customer-site check-ins outside normal office hours

Responsibilities
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
• Assist with hiring and onboarding
• Communicate with employees and candidates in English and Spanish
• Visit customer sites for employee check-ins and support
• Provide excellent customer service
• Administer drug screens and coordinate background checks

Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized, professional, and able to multitask
• Reliable with strong attendance
• No experience needed—we will train!
