What You'll Do

• Recruit for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
• Proactively identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new employment opportunities.
• Utilize resourcing tools, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify qualified therapists.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication to create future hiring opportunities.
• Conduct targeted outreach and personalized recruiting campaigns to attract therapists.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactive and passive recruiting, including identifying high-quality healthcare professionals who are not actively seeking employment, developing relationships with prospective candidates, and converting passive talent into qualified candidates and hires.
• Experience using an ATS system and recruiting platforms.
• Two or more years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• The ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
• Occasional travel as needed for recruiting events.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
