Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Recruiter I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You will attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn). Partnering with hiring managers, you will ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection practices.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Results-driven, with strong focus and resiliency in achieving tasks and goals
• Action-oriented, possessing high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Situational adaptability and learning agility
• Strong communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year recruiting experience in high volume, full cycle
• 6 months minimum, recruiting agency experience (preferred)
  
  

Compensation:

• Pay: $60K-$65K a year, plus benefits
• Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
• Total compensation package includes benefits (as applicable)
