Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Help lead performance marketing strategies supporting memberships, email acquisition, direct products, and brand licensing across a portfolio of consumer brands.
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across paid social, search, and emerging channels to maximize customer growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimization efforts to improve acquisition performance and return on investment.
  • Lead creative testing, audience experimentation, and performance optimization initiatives using data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, attribution, incrementality, and customer lifetime value, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Audience Growth, Integrated Consumer Marketing, Creative, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute integrated acquisition strategies.
  • Coach and provide day-to-day guidance to Associate Managers while contributing to team best practices, operational improvements, and a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Explore AI-powered tools, platform automation, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, reporting efficiency, and marketing workflows.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for a consumer business or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition metrics, including CPA, CPL, ROAS, attribution, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets, campaign optimization, and performance forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and leveraging AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies.
  • This role is based in New York, NY and follows a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office.

The base salary range for this role is $76,000–$82,400. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
