Schedule: Monday–Friday, Fully Onsite

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

About The Opportunity

A growing national organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its team in Lyndhurst, NJ. This position will play an important role in supporting continued business growth and expansion into new markets.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting position for someone who enjoys sourcing, building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and position requirements
• Provide regular updates on open positions and candidate pipelines
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support hiring initiatives as the organization expands into new markets
• Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and/or other recruiting platforms
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
• Experience with high-volume or multi-state recruiting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Lyndhurst, NJ
