Position Title: Director of Circularity & Strategic Feedstock Innovation

Position Location: 2515 McKinney Avenue, Suite 940, Dallas, TX 75201

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary Of Duties

  • Design and manage the execution of a five-year national circularity roadmap for flexible plastic films, aligned with internal capacity scaling, external regulatory trends, and ESG commitments.
  • Develop and maintain a supplier- and facility-level feedstock grading system, incorporating material quality, yield potential, and contamination risk.
  • Build and refine a dynamic pricing model responsive to market volatility, supply reliability, and quality performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups including Sales, Operations, Logistics, Collections, and Finance to ensure seamless program adoption and impact realization.
  • Develop and enforce chain-of-custody and traceability protocols, ensuring regulatory defensibility and internal audit alignment.
  • Co-develop digital reporting tools that increase transparency, supplier accountability, and executive insight.
  • Identify and formalize long-term strategic sourcing agreements in unstructured or underdeveloped supplier environments.
  • Monitor competitive activity and public-private partnership opportunities across the U.S. to shape proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Represent Revolution at industry forums, partner engagements, and innovation pilots to elevate our leadership in circularity.
  • Recruit and manage a growing team of feedstock analysts, sourcing coordinators, and sustainability specialists to support circularity program execution.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement in material throughput and cost efficiency.

Experience requirements: 10 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Special Skills Or Other Requirements

Must have experience with each of the following:

  • Designing and implementing circular economy or waste-to-value operating models, including material flow mapping, end-market qualification, and economics (e.g., margin bridge / sensitivity analysis) for recovered commodities.
  • Developing circularity frameworks and KPIs (e.g., recycling yield, contamination rates, bale specs, offtake qualification criteria) within at least one sector: plastics recycling, packaging recovery, organics, construction/demolition, bioenergy, or waste management.
  • Launching new supplier networks and operating processes where no standardized vendor base exists, including supplier qualification, SOP creation, and KPI dashboards from initial baseline through steady-state operations.
  • Experience with dynamic pricing, supply risk modeling, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Experience in the North American recycling supply chain and waste diversion, including MRF/PRF operations, material specifications/quality tolerances, regional end-market logistics, and contamination/throughput impacts on supply reliability.

Travel requirements: Requires up to 70% domestic travel.
