ESG Associate / Senior Associate

Company Overview:

An investment-specialist is seeking an ESG Associate or Senior Associate to join their small, high-responsibility team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the firm’s ESG database
• Track ESG data across portfolio investments
• Review and analyze ESG factors and scores
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency
• Help investment teams understand relevant ESG risks and opportunities
• Use Excel extensively for data management, analysis, and reporting
• Prepare sustainability reports and support carbon reporting initiatives
• Assist with ESG-related compliance and regulatory requirements
• Develop ESG-related marketing materials and prepare presentations
• Support responses to client and investor ESG inquiries
• Work closely with investment teams, investor relations, and portfolio companies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Practical ESG experience
• Strong data and Excel capabilities
• Ability to understand and explain investment-related ESG risks and opportunities
• Genuine interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible investing
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 Plus Bonus
