Job Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior Recruiter will manage and oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates who align with ICHS' mission and values. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for non-clinical assigned positions, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and developing and communicating job offers. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will partner with and train hiring supervisors and interviewers on recruitment processes, develop and implement sourcing strategies to find talent, oversee the recruitment candidate experience, facilitate efficient hiring practices, and assist with EEO reporting.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources or related field. May substitute an additional four (4) years relevant work experience for the required degree.

Experience - Four (4) years of excperience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a consistent slate of a variety of professional positions, ideally in healthcare.

Other Requirements - Ability to travel within Seattle area as needed. Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance required, if applicable.
