Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Professional Recruiter II is responsible for efficiently recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for placement in positions throughout OSF HealthCare. Responsible for gaining a thorough knowledge base of assigned departments and relationship building with both hiring managers and active and potential candidates. Identifies candidates who are a best fit for OSF and provides feedback and guidance to leaders regarding candidates for open positions. Responsible for the development of recruitment strategies and plans and supporting tools that identify candidates who align with department goals and key initiatives within the business.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelors degree
  
  

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Marketing type environment
• Computer skills with experience working in Excel/spreadsheets
• Experience using social media and job boards
  
  

Other Skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
