Develops analytics solutions, predictive models, and scalable data products that support operational decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Data Collection & Pipeline Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data, logs, and external API data to deliver operational intelligence
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Use SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to transform data into clear dashboards that track uptime, incident response times, and cost‑per‑ticket metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with IT, Ops, and Finance teams to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings with narrative storytelling.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate routine reporting, enhance data quality, and implement feature‑store or Auto‑ML pipelines to accelerate delivery of analytics.
- Predictive Modeling & Insights: Build and deploy simple machine‑learning models (e.g., anomaly detection, incident‑risk scoring) to forecast potential outages and optimize resource allocation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis (e.g., reporting, KPI tracking)
- Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, trading, finance, or energy sectors.
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
