We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter I in Seattle, WA . This position will be a 12-month contract role with the potential to extend or convert.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through candidate selection, offer, and close.
• Manage, prioritize, and close a high volume of open requisitions against established timelines and service-level expectations.
• Recruit for roles across transportation, operations, logistics, warehousing, and field-based environments.
• Cultivate and expand talent-sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Develop effective working relationships with hiring managers and internal business partners.
• Conduct candidate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes as needed.
• Establish and monitor recruiting benchmarks, metrics, and performance goals.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, staffing levels, and requisition aging.
• Prioritize recruiting activities based on customer needs and service-level agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through standard operating procedures, dashboards, hiring events, and other process improvements.
• Balance high-volume recruiting needs with niche or specialized hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Work under the direction of a supervisor or manager while following established procedures and guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive corporate recruiting, search firm recruiting, or recruiting research experience.
• Demonstrated full lifecycle recruiting experience; candidates whose experience is limited to sourcing, recruiting coordination, or scheduling do not meet the requirement.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring, such as 100+ requisitions or 300+ hires annually.
• Experience recruiting within operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or field-based environments.
• Experience managing requisitions from intake through close while working against deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and data to manage workload and hiring performance, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, staffing levels, or requisition aging.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time experience with a large-scale employer.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Experience recruiting for a large-scale operations organization.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes, including SOPs, dashboards, or hiring blitz events.
• Demonstrated success managing both high-volume and niche recruiting needs.
• Familiarity with recruiting systems, Microsoft Office products, and other commonly used business tools.
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 33.66 - $ 38.66 . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
