What You'll Do
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications and solutions.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements and modifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Deploy and maintain software tools, processes, and performance metrics.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Participate in application support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and development best practices.
Technical Skills
- Strodg experience with:
- C# a must.
- Microsoft SQL Server
- ASP.NET
- SharePoint
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience within healthcare administration, health insurance, TPA, or employee benefits industries is a plus.
- Experience developing enterprise business applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Software programming and development certifications are a plus.
- Relevant professional development and technical training are highly valued.
