Job Description

You will build, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents that execute complex workflows across fragmented tools for leading financial institutions. Working alongside a UCL ML professor, you'll fine-tune LLMs, integrate systems via APIs, and solve high-stakes automation challenges where precision is critical, moving beyond simple chat to end-to-end execution.

What You Will Do

• Design and optimize autonomous AI agents that perform actions across CRMs and payment systems, rather than just generating text responses.
• Fine-tune LLMs for accuracy and compliance while implementing RAG and inference optimizations for real-world enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with global engineering and research teams to monitor performance and iterate rapidly on agent capabilities based on customer feedback.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or NLP, with strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow in production.
• Proven track record of working with LLMs, including expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning (PEFT), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to integrate AI with complex cloud infrastructure.
