The client specializes in areas such as air cargo operations, ground and ramp handling, baggage management, passenger assistance, and premium traveler services. With decades of industry experience, the organization is recognized for its operational excellence, safety-focused approach, and ability to manage complex airport environments efficiently.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for...
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and a self-directed, goal-oriented, and career-minded approach.
- Managing time effectively and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and accountability for achieving results.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
- Working overtime as requested to support business needs.
- Maintaining reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Meeting all pre-employment requirements, including successfully passing a background check.
- Reporting to work consistently and punctually.
- Travelling locally or regionally as needed to support recruiting efforts.
What you already have...
- One to three years previous Recruiting experience preferably in aviation and cargo handling for hourly roles. Independent judgment and decision-making skills required
- Must be able to work some weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
- Apply aerospace industry experience when applicable; industry experience is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- College degree preferred.
- Familiarity with personal computer software helpful.
