EMR is seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will apply sound software development principles to design and deliver solutions that solve real business problems. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, debugging, and documentation. The ideal candidate has professional software development experience, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and hands-on experience with C# and SQL. This position pays $80 – 100k/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions based on defined business and technical requirements.
- Apply sound software development principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Take responsibility for components and features across the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning, work estimation, and development activities.
- Develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in new and existing software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and business stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a software development role.
- Hands-on experience with C# and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and contribute effectively in a collaborative development environment.
