Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write SQL queries to extract and transform business data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyze trends, patterns, KPIs, and business performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business, product, finance, and technology teams.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data analysis processes where possible.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Understanding of data visualization, reporting, and KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Query, DAX, or data modeling.
• Knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
  
  

Compensation

$65,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience, location, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
