About the Role

We have an immediate need for a mid-to-senior OT Cyber Security professional to support ongoing work in industrial and operational technology environments, with a focus on defense and aerospace settings. Experience level is flexible - we're prioritizing the right skill set over years of experience.

What You'll Do

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering their growth and development while ensuring project success and efficient task execution.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for ICS/FRCS, aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Risk Management: Oversee cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to DoD RMF requirements and other relevant cybersecurity standards, such as NIST and/or ISA, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and government agencies.
• Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, coordinating investigations and implementing effective remediation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends, driving continuous improvement in security practices and controls.

What You'll Need (Required)

• Hands-on assessment and implementation/remediation OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in non-carpeted environments - FRCS, industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, test ranges, depots, or other physical/operational settings.
• Experience architecting secure OT/ICS network and host infrastructures.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site.
• Eligible for and able to obtain a TS security clearance.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience relevant to defense/aerospace or industrial and test environments.
• Active TS security clearance.
