Performance Marketing Manager — Paid Media

New York, NY |  $110K - $130K +  Bonus + Benefits

A rapidly growing, design-led consumer brand is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid-media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across its e-commerce business.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a data-driven growth marketer who can balance customer acquisition, revenue performance, creative testing, and premium brand storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging digital channels
  • Own campaign budgets across Meta, Google, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and additional platforms
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, and ROAS
  • Monitor CAC, conversion rate, revenue, traffic, and overall channel performance
  • Build and manage testing programs across creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Partner with creative, brand, CRM, influencer, retail, analytics, and finance teams
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Support digital campaigns tied to retail traffic, store events, and new-market growth
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or paid-media experience
  • Recent experience with a strong DTC, e-commerce, retail, fashion, luxury, accessories, beauty, or consumer brand
  • Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar annual media budgets
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion, attribution, and campaign measurement
  • Experience owning or supporting a paid-media P&L
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Comfortable working onsite in New York City five days per week
Compensation
  • Base salary up to $130,000
  • 6% annual performance bonus
