The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Division wide centralized data. This role will build reliable dashboards and validate/clean the data to ensure accurate insights are available for team members and leaders. The role will drive data into actionable business insights.

Core Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation
Collect data from systems (ERP, production, quality, finance, HR)
Clean and validate data for accuracy and consistency
Analysis & Insight Generation
Identify trends, patterns, and root causes (e.g., scrap, downtime, turnover)
Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data
Reporting & Visualization
Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Translate complex data into clear, simple insights for leaders
Business Partnering
Work with operations, finance, HR, and engineering
Define KPIs and measure performance against business goals
Decision Support
Provide recommendations to improve:
