Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding support
- Maintain an active applicant pipeline within the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and candidate movement through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support hiring decisions
- Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure positions are actively managed and staffing needs are met
- Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, entry-level, clinical, non-clinical, and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, workforce trends, and recruitment opportunities
- Support workforce development initiatives, clinical placements, internships, and community partnerships
- Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, schools, colleges, and community outreach programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards while providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum experience requirement: 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; 2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Strong recruiting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
