Job Description
As a Test Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in conducting detailed testing and troubleshooting of aerospace components and systems to ensure they meet stringent quality and performance standards. Your expertise will support the development and validation of cutting-edge aerospace technologies.
You will report directly to our Test Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Eatontown, NJ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of aerospace products by performing precise testing procedures, identifying defects, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues. Your contributions will help maintain Honeywell’s reputation for excellence in aerospace innovation and quality.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform testing and inspection of aerospace components and systems according to established procedures and standards.
- Document test results accurately and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing to support timely resolution and product improvement.
- Maintain test equipment and ensure calibration and readiness for use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience of 2+ years in aerospace testing or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of test procedures, instrumentation, and aerospace component functionality.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test plans accurately.
- Experience with test equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure precise measurements.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards relevant to aerospace testing environments.
- Associate degree or technical certification in aerospace technology, electronics, or related field.
- Experience working in aerospace manufacturing or testing environments.
- Proficiency in using data acquisition systems and test software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to test troubleshooting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
