This role involves engaging with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, sourcing talent, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.

You'll utilize various recruiting platforms and technologies to identify and onboard top candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate qualifications.

Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.

Source potential candidates using social media and professional networks.

Conduct initial phone screens and develop candidate shortlists.

Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Strong sourcing skills across social media and professional networks.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
