Full Stack Developer

IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll support a large-scale modernization initiative, working on both refactoring legacy applications and building new services in a modern engineering environment. This opportunity is within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer:

• Build and enhance applications across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Contribute to greenfield development as well as modernization and refactoring of existing platforms
• Design and develop microservices-based architectures and backend integrations
• Develop and support Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services that power frontend experiences
• Leverage AWS services and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery and quality

Requirements for the Full Stack Developer:

• Strong Go / Golang backend development experience
• Vue
• Hands-on experience designing and building microservices architectures
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with AWS (AWS Lambda and API Gateway preferred)
• Experience building Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and working in a modern SDLC environment
