Position Summary
Daisy Brand is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. This role will support recruiting for corporate positions across functions such as Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, and Sales, as well as select production and manufacturing positions.
The Recruiter will manage day-to-day activities such as posting positions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant records, as well as partnering with hiring managers on certain roles. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional who has developed a solid foundation in talent acquisition and is ready to expand their experience in a growing organization.
Daisy Brand is a privately owned, leading manufacturer of premium sour cream, cottage cheese, and dips with a history of steady growth. The successful candidate will be organized, collaborative, responsive, and committed to providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This position operates under a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with Wednesday and Friday designated as remote workdays. While this schedule is typical, team or business needs may require additional onsite days.
Corporate Office Location Update: Currently, the Daisy Brand corporate office is located in Dallas, TX at 635 and 75. Anticipated September 2027, we will be moving to the Granite Park business complex in North Plano (intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway).

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Manage assigned positions throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Recruit primarily for professional-level corporate positions and select production or manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred experience, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Maintain regular communication with the recruiting team and hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting progress, and next steps.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, employee referrals, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, interest, and overall alignment with the position and company.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate schedules, expectations, and next steps to candidates and interview teams.
- Provide candidates with timely updates and maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Help build relationships with colleges, professional organizations, industry associations, and community organizations to support recruiting efforts.
- Represent Daisy Brand at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
- Assist with developing and updating job postings, recruiting materials, and employer-branding content.
- Promote Daisy Brand’s culture and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, interview, and disposition records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting activity and assist with preparing reports on open positions, candidate pipelines, time to fill, sources of hire, and other recruiting metrics.
- Follow established recruiting procedures and support compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable federal and state employment requirements.
- Protect confidential candidate and employee information.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, communication, and the candidate experience.
Qualifications And Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Two to four years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment or staffing agency.
- Experience supporting multiple open positions and working with hiring managers.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system required; UKG Pro experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, or operations positions is preferred.
- Working knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, agency partners, and HR team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, business functions, and position requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
