This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for product roles across multiple portfolio companies in the payments space. Roles span from mid-level IC to senior leadership. All require someone commercially minded, startup scrappy, and deeply fluent in payments.

• Payments domain expertise, non-negotiable
• Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
• Commercially minded, you think about revenue and business outcomes, not just product
• Strong operator instincts, able to go from strategy to execution without hand-holding
  
  

About The Role(s)

Depending on the company and stage, you could be:

• Head of Product: Senior seat, owns product vision and strategy, likely first or early product leader at the company
• Product Manager: Mid-level IC, execution-focused, works closely with engineering and commercial teams
