What You'll Do

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for industrial equipment

Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks

Perform mechanical and structural analysis to support design decisions

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS)

Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to bring designs from concept to completion

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field

3–5 years of mechanical design engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks)

Working knowledge of mechanical and structural analysis methods (FEA a plus)

Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment
