Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo Company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Media Operations Specialist to provide operational and executional support across our media organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working across multiple media channels, and is motivated to grow into broader responsibilities over time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and serves as a reliable resource for the team by helping with regular reporting, campaign setup, and maintaining continuity during periods of increased workload and vacations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support media planning, buying, and campaign execution across multiple channels (digital, social, search, video, retail media, or emerging platforms as applicable).
- Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, reporting, and optimization activities.
- Learn the processes, tools, and workflows used across different media disciplines to provide flexible team support.
- Serve as backup coverage for team members during planned and unplanned absences, ensuring projects continue to move forward.
- Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to gather assets, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across the team.
- Participate in training opportunities to expand knowledge of media platforms, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related support role preferred. Media agency experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with media platforms or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
