Role Description This full-time, on-site Aerospace Manufacturing Cost Estimator role is based at Radius Aerospace’s facility in Hot Springs, AR. The Cost Estimator analyzes engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes to develop accurate cost estimates for aerospace components and assemblies. Daily responsibilities include gathering and validating data from production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers; preparing detailed labor, material, and overhead estimates; and supporting budgeting for new programs and existing contracts. The role collaborates closely with operations, finance, and program management to monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend cost-control actions. The Cost Estimator also contributes to bid and proposal activities by preparing pricing models, cost summaries, and supporting documentation that align with customer and regulatory requirements.
