Every company in the Yara Network is building with LLMs, and engineers who can take agents to production are the most requested profile we have. If you've built with models beyond the demo stage, with tools, evals, retrieval, and real users, this pipeline moves fast.

• Production LLM integration: tool-calling, RAG, evals, observability
