Position Description

You will serve as an AEROSPACE ENGINEER (Structural - Stress Analyst) in the FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST (Cecil Commerce Center)

Position Duties/Responsibilities

You will plan, coordinate, and/or conduct and solve engineering issues requiring substantial analysis and evaluation of causes, effects and alternatives.
You will evaluate any significant situations that arise and take appropriate planning steps to initiate prompt responsive action.
You will provide technical professional expertise and oversight to ensure the latest advancements in engineering technology are considered and implemented in work planning.
You will maintain effective communication with superiors, peers and subordinates throughout the NAVAIR TEAM, other government agencies and private industry regarding various engineering issues.
