What you will do

• Build agentic AI pipelines for large clinical documents (500+ page patient charts).
• Improve model accuracy using prompt engineering, evaluations, fine-tuning, and rule-based optimization.
• Partner directly with clinical customers and AI researchers.
• Own customer deployments end-to-end.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of Applied ML/AI or Forward Deployed Engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping production LLM/Agentic AI pipelines.
• Strong Python and ETL/Pipeline Engineering skills.
• Experience working directly with customers to deliver AI solutions.
• Startup or Applied AI background.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
