Assembler - Level 3
Job Description
As an Assembler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining production schedules and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing process by delivering high-quality assemblies that contribute to Honeywell’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Assemble complex products and components according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
- Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting defects as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity.
- Report any issues or deviations in assembly processes promptly to management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in assembly roles within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on complex assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment relevant to the role.
- Familiarity with safety standards and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in complex assembly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed instructions.
