Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

• Perform full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Draft compelling employment advertisements and identify optimal external recruitment channels.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns and participation in job fairs.

• Analyze recruitment and retention data to provide comprehensive reports to management.

• Contribute to a mission-driven team focused on positively impacting the lives of individuals served.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.

• Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.

• A strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.

• Ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
