Social Media Assistant – Womens
Pure Football Club Women are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to help grow and strengthen the club’s online presence across all digital platforms.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the women’s team social media channels, helping to create engaging content, promote fixtures and events, highlight player achievements, and strengthen supporter engagement throughout the season.
Applicants should have a basic working knowledge of all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube, with an understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop is essential. While the club will provide graphics and templates, candidates should be confident carrying out basic editing tasks such as resizing graphics, adding text, updating scores, and making simple visual adjustments for matchdays and announcements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and updating the club’s social media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and matchday content
- Support live matchday coverage and player announcements
- Edit supplied graphics using Photoshop where required
- Help increase engagement and promote the women’s team positively online
- Work alongside club staff to maintain a professional and consistent brand image
- Basic knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms
- Basic Photoshop editing skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- A passion for women’s football and grassroots/community sport
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
