Essential Job Responsibilities
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $50.00 - $55.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- All steps of an analytics assignment ranging from fundamental to advanced statistical techniques, in the areas of data & business value exploration, data structuring, modelling, problem solving & recommendation within the Quality team.
- You will develop & implement methodologies to assist Product Quality Leaders in emerging issue detection, forecasting & predicting quality & uptime performance.
- Working with various data sources but not limited to warranty, logged vehicle, customer data, manufacturing data, high resolution truck data.
- You will be able to deliver all steps independently but also establish a network working closely with colleagues in Europe, India & Brazil on various initiatives.
- Collaborate?closely with other Data Analysts, Data engineers, Data Architects and Data Scientists during the?implementation?and deployment of the advance analytics solution
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Experience with problem solving in a quality organization that is technical focused.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, with solid working knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on experience with KNIME and Databricks for building data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Demonstrated experience with relevant technical tools such as Python and/or R, and Jupyter Notebook
- Exposure to Apache Spark and Azure analytics services (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory)
- Working knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning concepts (classification, regression, clustering, or anomaly detection), with practical exposure to common algorithms such as K-means, Random Forest, and logistic/linear regression
- Knowledge of reliability analysis and tools such as ReliaSoft (Weibull analysis, life data analysis, FMEA)
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- Graduate Degree
- Exposure to software development practices, including version control, unit testing, and code review.
- Process oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset to drive DA product
- Gave good energy, a positive attitude, and thrive in creative thinking.
- Real problem solver and confident to make data driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize critical tasks, as well as deliver on assignments within deadlines.
